Class focus includes contour and line studies, proportion, perspective, composition, light and shadow, shading, texture, and fine detail. Emphasis is placed on learning how to truly see your subject and translate it onto paper, blending observation, intuition, and technical skill.

Each session offers supportive instruction, hands-on practice, and new creative challenges in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

All supplies are provided. A 9x12 spiral-bound sketchbook is requested for practice and optional homework to reinforce skills and support continued growth.
